Project Overview

Scottish Development International, Government of UK has the responsibility for promoting Scottish business groups who wish to do business in the Indian sub continent. As part of the mandate they have chosen the Pharmaceuticals sectors as one of their key sectors.  Scottish Development International through it consultants, facilitates these foreign Multi-national Corporations to tie up with Indian firms. Our role was mainly to Support was provided to Scottish companies in the life sciences sector who visited India in October 2004. The work carried out included identifying potential India business partner companies and health sector organisations, arranging meetings and providing support information on business and regulatory issues.
