The project aimed to develop a customised software system for updating 2D visualization and analysis of Maps. The project involved updating certain features of latest satellite images on predefined parameters. Our services included system design, coding, implementation and testing of the GOMU software. The project used Linux/Windows as the Platform, C, C++ as the programming Language and QT as the Framework. TSCPL consultants implemented algorithms to design two types of filters. Based on pre-defined parameters, these filters identify certain features of the images & compare these features on images of maps taken at different points in time. After comparing the features, this filter provides a set of information which has to be updated on the latest image of maps.
