Project Overview

In this project, TSCPL organized an 18,000 household survey and 20 focus group discussions regarding the needs and socio-economic status of the villages near HZL’s plants in Rajasthan. Addtionally, TSCPL wrote a total of 32 reports, coming to a totaling over 1400 pages.

Deliverables

• Created both a tablet based and paper version of the data collection tool
• Managed 18,000 household survey
• Managed 20 Focus Group Discussions
• Drafted 8 reports regarding the socio-economic baseline in the communities near the client’s plants.
• Drafted 8 reports regarding the socio-economic needs in the communities near the client’s plants.
• Drafted 8 reports regarding the performance of CSR projects in the communities near the client’s plants.
• Provide consultation regarding the development of 8 compliant CSR plans for the 2015 fiscal year.
• Organized a workshop regarding CSR Planning for the client.
