Project Overview

The project as determined by World Bank and MARD includes 5 components to support the implementation of a national strategy to prevent and mitigate natural disaster in 10 Central Vietnam coastal provinces at river basin scale. This project is focused on developing a web based monitoring and evaluation system based on the M&E framework designed in package as part of a different project. This M&E system is expected to include the M&E framework, including monitoring, updating indices of the project, and evaluating implementation process, including semi-annual reports, mid-term reports, and indices for project completion report (PCR).
