Under the World Bank project for Buddhist Circuit Phase II, the team/ TSCPL has been supporting the Department of Human Settlement under the Ministry of Works and Human Settlement (MoWHS), Royal Government of Bhutan in formulation of regional planning framework from cultural landscape approach for Punakha-Wangdue valley. With the technical support from the World Bank and TSPCL, the team appointed by the DHS has been developing a pseudo regional plan for the Punakha-Wangdue valley and adopt the experiences in formulating the framework. A draft Cultural landscape framework for the regional plan has been developed.
