The project is Nobgang is aimed at establishing a women led community-based social enterprise. While all the community households are contributing to the enterprise startup, the enterprise is being managed by 10 members from the community. Each will have roles and responsibilities in enterprise management, product development and catering hospitality services. Currently the members consist of seven females and three males. The enterprise is led by one of the women in the community.
