The objective of the study is to introduce and enhance the use of IT based interventions/solutions in the management of construction projects and programs to enhance efficiency, transparency and governance in their delivery, increase their success and impact. TSCPL as lead agency together with a consortium partner is conducting the review of existing IT based project and programme management systems, the “As Is” study to fully understand and document the current project and programme management practices of public sector construction projects including the business processes and interface with key stakeholders such as contractors, supervision consultants and end-users, throughout a project life cycle. We will also be producing a Guidance note recommending better project and programme management options through the use of IT based systems and solutions and suggest projects, which would be amendable for piloting the IT based interventions.
